The Motorola Xoom and the Asus Eee Pad Transformer are nearly on par of basic features. They are also competitive in terms of portability, performance, quality and functionality. With their respective price labels, however, the Asus transformer comes out as the winner.

If don't mind spending a hundred bucks more for a tablet PC, Motorola Xoom would make a great gadget for your needs. If you are in a fairly tight budget while the Asus Eee Pad Transformer from purchase would be a wiser decision.
