Toshiba has kept the promises made in September on a planned release in December of a new model of tablet Thrive. The tablet is now on the market with a price less than $ 400 in the 16 GB version, 429 for the 32 GB version. The new Thrive looks a lot like the previous one in terms of design but with technological components and new operating system platform and more performant.
The new Thrive has a high resolution display with 1280 x 800 pixels, an Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, dual-core, an Android OS 3.2 Honeycomb and two from 2 megapixel cameras, front and rear 5 megapixel.
Equipped with stereo 7 speker the Thrive includes a wide range of connections, micro-SD, USB 2.0, mini and micro HDMI. The tablet can connect to external storage and big screens televisi.
The remains of a previous problem with limited battery lifetime of only six hours.
The tablet is distributed with many applications and software loaded hours: media player, file manager for the app, android market, google apps, Gmail, YouTube, Maps, Kaspersky Security Tablet, Quickoffice, and some games.
