Amazon has confirmed the release of a software update for its bestselling Kindle Fire product. A product that is climbing the charts but also continues to collect plenty of criticism from users and analysts.
The update should be available before the end of the year and provide an improvement in performance and in touch navigation.
Adds an option to change what appears in the section that displays all the user's recent activity in terms of books read, played games, web pages etc.
