Windows 8 build 8220, also known as the "Windows 8 Consumer Preview," is poised to launch this month. While the Windows 8 developer preview build has been available publicly for months, the new public beta version should be a more refined and more complete Windows 8, and it will include many changes, some minor, and at least one major, if the rumors are true.
